About the role
You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Oversee daily operations to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve guest satisfaction
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
Skills
- Proficient in using common maintenance tools and equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
