Responsibilities
- Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure consistent operation of heating, electrical, gas, air, and other systems
- Complete minor and routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general building upkeep
- Cover regular inspections of all property areas to identify and address safety concerns promptly
- Coordinate and schedule repairs, maintenance, and equipment installations
- Perform pool and spa maintenance
- Aid guests with questions about property facilities in a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful manner
Requirements
- Relevant experience in building maintenance required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Highly responsible, reliable, and accountable
- Hands-on experience with painting, plumbing, electrical work, and pool/spa maintenance preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely use tools, equipment, and ladders as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
