Hotel General Manager

About the role

We are seeking a General Manager for one of our limited-service hotels in Anchorage, Alaska. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of management success and be passionate about leading our team to deliver exceptional service and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and coach/counsel all staff members
• Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue and improve guest satisfaction
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat business
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hospitality management experience
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service
• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing a team of employees
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
