What You'll Do

  • Leading all day-to-day operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Sales.
  • Creating an exceptional guest experience that inspires loyalty and consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Building, coaching, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team that delivers outstanding service every day.
  • Recruiting top talent while fostering a culture of engagement, recognition, accountability, and fun.
  • Driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence through strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Partnering with Sales and Revenue teams to maximize market share and financial results.
  • Developing strong relationships within the local community while staying ahead of market trends and competitive opportunities.
  • Walking the hotel daily to ensure every detail reflects the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and service.
  • Championing innovation and continuously identifying opportunities to improve the guest and associate experience.
  • Leading by example—jumping in wherever needed and showing your team that no task is beneath a great leader.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of successful hotel General Manager experience, preferably with Marriott extended stay and select serve brands.
  • Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments, including Food & Beverage.
  • A proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop exceptional teams.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and driving profitability.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for hospitality that's contagious—and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests and associates alike.

Compensation

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000
