The successful candidate will lead our team and provide exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR matters, including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, coaching/counseling, and performance management.
- Bring new and creative ideas to help drive revenue.
- Build strong relationships with guests to gain repeat business.
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of hotel operations.
- At least 5 or more years of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel management role.
- A high standard of service quality.
