About the role

The successful candidate will lead the launch of a new 136-room AC Marriott Hotel, opening Spring 2027, within a vibrant mixed-use development in Brecksville, OH.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations, financial performance, and team development.
• Drive sales, marketing, and revenue growth strategies.
• Build and motivate a service-focused team culture.
• Ensure corporate policies and brand standards are upheld while consistently exceeding guest satisfaction goals.
• Act as a visible leader for guests, staff, and the community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience; Marriott experience preferred.
• New hotel opening experience a plus.
• Strong financial, operational, and team leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field.
• Proven track record of leading teams to exceed financial and operational goals.
