About the role
At The Capital Suites Hotel, you will provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards, company goals, and financial targets. You will lead and inspire department leaders across all areas of the hotel, including rooms, food & beverage, sales, engineering, and finance. You will champion a culture of service excellence that consistently delivers memorable guest experiences and strong guest satisfaction scores. You will oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost controls to drive profitability. You will recruit, develop, and mentor a diverse leadership team, fostering professional growth and a collaborative workplace culture. You will partner closely with ownership, corporate leadership, and brand representatives to execute strategic initiatives and operational priorities. You will ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and brand standards while maintaining a well-maintained and high-performing property. You will represent the hotel within the local community, building partnerships that strengthen the hotel’s reputation and market presence.

Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience, with at least 7–10 years of progressive hotel management experience, including prior experience as a General Manager or senior hotel executive.
- A proven track record of driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance within branded hotel environments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, effectively engaging team members, guests, ownership groups, and corporate partners.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze performance metrics, manage budgets, and implement strategic initiatives that drive results.
- Able to lead with integrity and inspire teams, cultivating a culture of accountability, service, and continuous improvement.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
