Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Make reservations and modify existing reservations as needed.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, restaurants, and events.
- Cook up with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Balance cash, credit card transactions, and shift reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Assist with group arrivals, departures, and special event accommodations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management systems.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule Requirements
- Flexible availability preferred.
- Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
