Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and determine reservation status
  • Search reservation systems, print registration forms, verify identification, and obtain signatures
  • File and retrieve registration forms during check-in and check-out
  • Prepare room keys and assign rooms based on guest needs and preferences
  • Aid with billing inquiries, adjustments, and refunds
  • Block rooms for Groups, VIPs, Sales, and Casino departments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support front-of-house operations
  • Maintain availability for scheduled shifts
  • Deliver Caesars Entertainment’s Family-Style Service at all times

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of related experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
  • Working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
