Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and determine reservation status
- Search reservation systems, print registration forms, verify identification, and obtain signatures
- File and retrieve registration forms during check-in and check-out
- Prepare room keys and assign rooms based on guest needs and preferences
- Aid with billing inquiries, adjustments, and refunds
- Block rooms for Groups, VIPs, Sales, and Casino departments
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support front-of-house operations
- Maintain availability for scheduled shifts
- Deliver Caesars Entertainment’s Family-Style Service at all times
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of related experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
