About The Role

As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will create a positive first impression from the moment someone enters our community. You will answer phones promptly and professionally, sort mail with accuracy, manage deliveries, and assist residents and guests with a friendly, solutions‑focused approach. Your role is essential in fostering trust, building relationships, and enhancing the overall experience within our vibrant community. This is more than a front desk position‑it is an opportunity to make meaningful connections and contribute to a high‑performance environment where residents feel supported and cared for.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones promptly and courteously
• Sort and distribute mail with accuracy
• Manage deliveries and ensure smooth handling of incoming items
• Provide exceptional customer service to all community members
• Assist with inquiries and help resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
• Support a welcoming, resident‑centered environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
