CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, is searching for a Front Desk Agent for the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott in Tuscaloosa, AL. The position will join a company that prides itself on providing exceptional guest service, recognizing its associates as its best asset, and providing value to its business partners and owners.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while providing excellent guest service.
- Follow basic account procedures to ensure the hotel's procedures are complete and accurate.
- Ensure guest security and safety by assuring every guest has a pleasant, safe, and secure stay.
- Answer guest questions and make recommendations about the hotel and local area.
- Complete job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in hospitality or related field is a plus.
