Responsibilities and Duties

• Welcome and register guests
• Make daily reservations
• Handle telephone inquiries relating to The Golden Plough Inn and Peddler's Village
• Display a friendly and positive attitude towards all guests
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications and Skills

• Available to work evening 3pm - 11pm, weekend & holiday shifts
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous Hotel Front Office Experience Is Preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Requires strong communication skills
