About the role
Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handling guest reservations and confirming appointments
- Managing room status and availability
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assisting with special requests and event coordination
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with hotel reservation systems
- Customer service experience preferred
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
