Responsibilities
- Greet guests and complete the check-in/check-out procedure using the Property Management System.
- Obtain and store pertinent guest information.
- Handle cash, credit card information, and goods at the property.
- Identify guest needs and provide relevant information about hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Take reservations from incoming callers and input information into the hotel management system.
- Update and cancel reservations as requested by the guest.
Requirements
- Customer Service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer skills including intranet, Property Management System, WORD, and EXCEL.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
Qualifications
- Marriott experience is a plus.
- Strong computer knowledge, including intranet, Property Management System, WORD, and EXCEL.

Pay

Schedule
- Morning Shifts: 7AM-3PM
- Evening Shifts: 3PM-11PM
- Weekend availability needed.
- Flexibility required.
