Responsibilities

• Care for an individual with intellectual disabilities in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Build rapport, support, and advocate for the individual.
• Work from home to balance personal and professional life.

Requirements

• Aged 21 or older.
• Past a background check.
• Past a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Available bedroom in your home.
• Complete all company trainings.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $28,000 - $55,000 per year.

Schedule

This is a contracted position with flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of both the host family and the individual being cared for.
