About the role

Chrysalis Host Home seeks families to provide care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in a loving and nurturing environment. As a Host Home Provider, you will work from home, caring for a person with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Care for an individual with intellectual disabilities in a safe and clean environment.
• Build rapport, support, and advocate for the individual.
• Work from home, allowing flexibility in your schedule.

Requirements

• Aged 21 or older.
• Past a background check.
• Past a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Available bedroom in your home.
• Complete all company trainings.

Benefits

• Monthly payment based on the level of care needed for the individual.
• Two payments: Room and Board and Daily rate for each day the individual is in your care.
• Pay range: $28,000 - $55,000 per year.
