About the role

Chrysalis Host Home seeks families to provide care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in a loving and nurturing environment. Host Home Providers work from home, caring for a person with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Care for an individual with intellectual disabilities in a safe and clean environment.
• Build rapport, support, and advocate for the individual.
• Work from home to maintain a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Aged 21 or older.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Have an available bedroom in your home.
• Complete all company trainings.

Pay

The monthly payment will be determined based on the level of care needed for the individual. You will receive two payments:

• Room and Board payment.
• Daily rate for each day the individual is in your care.

The pay range is $28,000 - $55,000 per year.

Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the individual and the family.
