About the role

Chrysalis Host Home is seeking families to provide care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The position involves working from home and caring for a person with disabilities within a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Care for an individual with intellectual disabilities in a loving and nurturing manner.
• Build rapport, support, and advocate for the individual.
• Work from home to maintain flexibility.

Requirements

• Aged 21 or older.
• Past a background check.
• Past a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Available bedroom in your home.
• Complete all company trainings.

Pay

The monthly payment will be determined based on the level of care needed for the individual. You will receive two payments:

• Room and Board payment.
• Daily rate for each day the individual is in your care.

The pay range is from $28,000 to $55,000 per year.

Schedule

The schedule will vary based on the needs of the individual, but the position allows for flexibility to work from home.
