Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states. Open your home to someone with a disability!

Responsibilities

• Provide a 24/7 family-like setting for an individual with developmental and/or physical disabilities.
• Ensure the basic physical and emotional needs of the individual you house and support are met.
• Establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience working as a Direct Support Professional is required
• Open to supervisory visits in your home

Qualifications

• Must be available to provide a safe and comfortable home

Skills

• Ability to establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support

Benefits

• Contracted and reimbursed at a per-diem rate PLUS monthly room and board from the individual they support
• This income is tax exempt

Pay

• Per-diem rate plus room and board

Schedule

• 24/7 availability required
