Hospitality Desk Lead

Position

Midtown is looking for a Hospitality Desk Lead to join their team in Rochester, New York.

Responsibilities

• Develop, direct, and lead the Hospitality Desk Team to delight members and guests daily.
• Communicate effectively and bring the team together to ensure a positive experience.
• Handle check-ins, address questions, and resolve issues appropriately.
• Assist with hospitality desk training and hold associates accountable for following procedures and behaviors.
• Implement processes and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Perform basic bookkeeping, cashiering, filing, and clerical duties.
• Assist with inventory of products and supplies.

Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a health club or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and lead productive service-minded associates.
• Work gracefully and quickly under pressure.
• Working knowledge of customer service standards.
• Great personality that naturally connects with a wide variety of people.
• Keen memory and delightful sense of humor.
• Highly organized and efficient.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay

Hourly rate: $22.00 - $23.00
