COVID-19 Admission Notice

• Respect social distancing with new signage placed throughout the office and classrooms.
• Barriers and markings indicate 2-metre social distancing protocols and entry/exit routes.
• Reception desk upgraded with a protective barrier/screen.
• Access to the main office restricted to 1 delegate at a time.
• Non-essential staff continue to work from home.
• Courses operated with limited numbers to ensure social distancing.

Personal Protective Equipment and Other Measures

• Staff will wear correct PPE when engaging with delegates.
• Face masks provided to delegates if necessary and available.
• Delegates provided with stationery and water; advised to bring their own lunch.

Sanitization Measures

• Hand sanitizers placed in appropriate locations around the center.
• Training center disinfected continuously throughout the day.
• Increased cleaning frequency in corridors and toilet facilities.
• Fogging, electrospraying, and touch point cleaning conducted every evening.

Additional Measures

• Risk assessments and risk management strategies in place.
• Activities and processes carried out electronically where possible.
• Individuals screened with no-contact thermometers upon entry.
• Break times staggered and shortened to avoid overlap.
• Learners feeling unwell must inform Dean Training Management immediately.
• Qualified First Aiders on hand, briefed on guidance during Coronavirus.
• Limited to 12 delegates per course.
• Failure to adhere to rules results in removal from the classroom or office, with additional charges for rebooking.
