COVID-19 Safety Measures

• New signage placed throughout the office and classrooms for social distancing and hygiene guidance.
• Barriers and markings to indicate 2-meter social distancing protocols, entry, and exit routes.
• Protective barrier/screen at the reception desk; access restricted to 1 delegate at a time.
• Courses operated with limited numbers to ensure social distancing.
• All staff to wear correct PPE when engaging with delegates.
• Face masks provided to delegates if necessary and available.
• Stationery and water provided; delegates advised to bring their own lunch.
• Hand sanitizers placed in appropriate locations; increased frequency of hand washing and surface cleaning.
• Training center disinfected continuously throughout the day, including doors, desks, and equipment.
• Increased cleaning frequency in corridors and toilet facilities.
• Fogging, electrospraying, and touch point cleaning conducted every evening.
• Risk assessments carried out with thorough risk management strategies.
• Activities and processes carried out electronically where possible.
• No-contact thermometers used to screen individuals entering the premises.
• Staggered and shortened break times to avoid overlap and unnecessary contact.
• Learners feeling unwell must inform Dean Training Management and will be moved to specified course dates after a 14-day quarantine period.
• Qualified first aiders on hand, briefed on COVID-19 first aid guidance.
• Limited to 12 delegates per course.
• Failure to adhere to rules will result in removal from the classroom or office; additional charges for rebooking.
