COVID-19 Safety Measures

• Social Distancing & Hygiene

  New signage throughout the office and classrooms provides clear guidance. Barriers and floor markings indicate 2-metre distancing, entry/exit routes, and restricted access to the main office (1 delegate at a time).

• Reception & Classrooms

  Reception desk upgraded with a protective barrier. Courses operate with limited numbers to ensure distancing.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  Staff wear appropriate PPE when engaging with delegates. Face masks provided to delegates if necessary. Stationery and water provided; delegates advised to bring their own lunch.

• Sanitization

  Hand sanitizers placed throughout the centre. Training centre disinfected continuously (doors, desks, computers, keyboards). Increased cleaning frequency in corridors and toilets. Evening fogging, electrospraying, and touch-point cleaning conducted daily.

• Additional Measures
  • Risk assessments and electronic processes prioritized.
  • No-contact thermometer screening for all individuals entering the premises.
  • Staggered and shortened break times to avoid overlap.
  • Unwell delegates must inform Dean Training Management and will be moved to specified course dates after a 14-day quarantine.
  • Qualified First Aiders on hand, briefed on COVID-19 guidance.
  • Delegate limit of 12 per course.
• Compliance

  Failure to adhere to rules results in removal from the classroom or office. Additional charges apply for rebooking.
