About the role

We are currently recruiting instructors for 2025 that are excited to teach online, in-person (classroom, field, or travel), or hybrid courses related to wildlife biology, marine sciences, ecology, environmental science, resource management, statistics and modeling, or other related fields. Responsibilities

• Teach online, in-person (classroom, field, or travel), or hybrid courses related to wildlife biology, marine sciences, ecology, environmental science, resource management, statistics and modeling, or other related fields.
• Develop and maintain course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
• Engage with students through regular communication and office hours.
• Participate in departmental committees and professional organizations relevant to your field of expertise.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in a relevant field such as wildlife biology, marine sciences, ecology, environmental science, resource management, statistics and modeling, or a closely related field.
• Experience teaching at the college level, preferably in a similar field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Interest in current research and trends in wildlife biology, marine sciences, ecology, environmental science, resource management, statistics and modeling, or related fields.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and teaching methods.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
