Title: Adjunct Faculty Teaching Instructor Job Code & Class: 9404T Department: Center for Bioethics Budgeted Salary Range: $3750
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a Center for Bioethics faculty member to prepare and teach the course via Canvas, an online learning platform.
- Course planning includes developing the course syllabus, designing assignments, and creating the Canvas site.
- Course delivery and facilitation includes leading and/or partnering on facilitation of class sessions held using Zoom, working in a timely fashion to update the course syllabus and provide any updated course materials and links on an as-needed basis, monitoring and responding to online discussion forums, evaluating/grading student performance, holding office hours (student meetings via Zoom) and answering student questions via email on a timely basis, and handling administrative matters related to the course, including connecting with Disability Resource Center as needed, and submitting grades.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $3,750; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
