Pay

Pay Range: $17.00 – $20.40 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Anticipates customer needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
• Delivers legendary customer service with a “customer comes first” attitude.
• Discovers and responds to customer needs.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions and established procedures.
• Ability to do simple calculations and record keeping.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Must complete and pass Serve Safe exam.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous food service experience/training preferred.
• Competent and hospitable to successfully interact with customers.
