Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Waits on tables in a timely manner and ensures resident needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Participates in menu class and presents it to residents in a clear, informative, and courteous fashion.
- Completes preparatory and post-service assignments in an efficient and timely manner.
- Assists in general sanitation of the kitchen, sets up dishmachine, washes dishes and utensils, sorts silverware and cleans glasses.
- Maintains proper cleanliness of pots and pans using appropriate chemicals and procedures.
- Removes garbage from kitchen and places in dumpster or other designated areas.
- Organizes and cleans stock rooms and coolers.
- Attends all mandatory education events and in-services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- On-the-job-training.
