Hospitality Assistant

About the role

Here at Bupa we support those when they need it the most. Our care homes are dedicated to delivering person‑centred care, supporting independence and honouring choice to help our residents live their best lives. This position is based at Leominster Care Home, 44 Bargates, Leominster, HR6 8EY.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to all our residents
• Ensuring high quality food presentation at all times
• Serving meals and drinks to residents in the dining areas and to their rooms
• Cleaning of the dining area ensuring it’s tidy and presentable
• Serving refreshments outside of meal times to residents, relatives and visitors as required

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in a customer‑facing environment
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Comfortable communicating with others and happy to help the wider team

Pay

Salary: £13.10 – £14.10 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Permanent contract. Every Friday 10 am – 4 pm.
