About the role
The stellar and thriving hospitalist program at Cooley Dickinson Hospital is seeking a part-time (0.8 FTE) physician to join their team in a blended Day Shift capacity.
Responsibilities
- Shift is 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.
- Blended role including rounding, admitting, as well as supervision and education of Advance Practice Providers.
- Respond to rapid response codes in the hospital.
- Deliver exceptional inpatient care for hospitalized adults, managing a broad range of acute medical conditions.
- Partner daily with APPs, nursing, case management, pharmacy, and subspecialists to provide seamless, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience as a hospitalist.
- BE/BC in Med-Peds, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $244,000 to $260,782 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
