Hospitalist (Nocturnist)

About the role

Join our dynamic healthcare team in Lincoln, specializing in diagnosing and treating patients, making a significant impact on their lives and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of patients and their families
• Work in collaboration with a nocturnist APP
• Provide compassionate and expert care during night shifts (7p-7a)
• Work in a 16-bed open ICU with intensivist support
• Access to specialty consult support and potential for leadership opportunities
• Collaborative and open practice environment

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Active or eligible license in the state of Nebraska
• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Qualifications

• Required - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Required - Active or eligible license in the state of Nebraska
