About the role

Seeking Hospital Medicine Physicians with inpatient experience to join a physician-owned, autonomous practice supported by a national network of clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care at a community hospital with a 12-bed ICU
• Manage 6-9 admits daily and 5-7 nightly
• No procedures or vent management required
• Collaborate within a small, team-oriented environment
• Utilize on-site labs and imaging
• Work alongside 24/7 in-house intensivists

Qualifications

• Board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• CA license is a plus

Pay

Compensation ranges from $275,000 to $900,000 annually, based on experience and site specifics, with partnership benefits such as profit distributions and equity ownership.
