Seeking Hospital Medicine Physicians for a physician-owned, autonomous partnership supporting patient care across multiple sites. The role offers opportunities to provide high-quality hospital-based care in a rural setting, with facilities recognized for excellence in emergency, heart, and surgical services.

Responsibilities

• Managing inpatient cases across various specialties
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Delivering exceptional patient experiences
• Utilizing resources effectively to enhance quality of care
• Supporting community health initiatives and hospital programs

Qualifications

• Board eligible or certification in Hospital Medicine
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California (preferred)
