About the role
Mercy Hospitalist team is seeking a board certified or board eligible Internist to join their practice in Lebanon, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Collaborative Hospitalist team with 60 physicians providing internal coverage for 58-bed Community Hospital with a 4-bed ICU
- Block Scheduling - 7 days on/7 days off
- No nights
- Mercy Virtual Care coverage
- Comfortable with vent management
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Internist
- Experience in hospitalist care preferred
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Current Missouri Medical License
- ACGME accredited residency in Internal Medicine
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
