Hospitalist Physician (Nocturnist)

About the role

Join our Hospital Medicine Team in Canyon Vista, Arizona. Our mission is to provide “better” healthcare, better teamwork, and a lasting impact on the community we serve.

Responsibilities

• Work exclusively overnight shifts.
• Deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
• Part of a rapid response team.
• Perform intubations, central lines, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and vents.
• Average 10 admissions per night, with residents.
• Average 60 floor calls per night.
• Use EMR system Cerner.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
• In-house licensing and credentialing support provided.
• In-house immigration support available.
• We can sponsor an HHS J1 waiver.

Skills

Comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and strong patient care skills.

Benefits

• Nocturnist base salary of $383,250K.
• RVU and Quality bonus eligible.

Pay

Day shift rate of $1,600 and night shift rate of $2,100.

Schedule

7 pm-7 am, 7 days on/7 days off.
