Job Summary
Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously execute the system's strategic vision within your defined domain, translating overarching organizational goals into actionable, localized plans. You will be fully accountable for the operational and financial performance of your area, encompassing day-to-day management, budget oversight, and the leadership of all local staff, while reporting directly to a higher-level executive within the system.
Responsibilities

- Translate overarching organizational goals into actionable, localized plans
- Lead the effective management of resources, including personnel, budget, and facilities, ensuring optimal utilization to meet operational targets and deliver high-quality patient care
- Foster strong community relationships, translate system-wide strategies into local action, and drive results through effective resource utilization and team empowerment
- Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial health within your purview, always aligning with our mission and values
- Engage with community stakeholders, local leaders, and patient populations, solidifying our presence and building strong relationships within the local community
- Effectively integrate local health delivery system, facility, and community wellness metrics
- Engage employed and partner physicians in continuously improving quality and achieving standardization
- Conduct quarterly reviews of the extent to which the facility (facilities) is meeting system-wide quality and patient care standards and initiate continuous improvement in partnership with administrative and clinical staff
- Optimize clinical operations and deliver value to the community
- Serve as a key integrator in how the continuum of care effectively provides high quality care for patients leveraging the best value point and level of care
- Focus on wellness management to reduce costs downstream in the continuum of care
- Play a key role in physician practice management and engage physicians in continuum of care
Required Job Requirements
- M.H.A., M.B.A., or M.S. in healthcare administration, business administration, public health administration or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Leadership Executive in a healthcare facility
- Preferred Certified Healthcare Executives
