Responsibilities
The Hospital Liaison is primarily responsible performing job duties that relate to the management or general business operations of the Communities, such as public relations, marketing, and revenue generation for the Communities. In addition, the Liaison is responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing customer referrals for their assigned hospital account(s) as well as ensuring appropriate market penetration and a positive public image. The Liaison will primarily work in assigned hospital account(s) daily and regularly be engaged with the Communities the Liaison supports while maintaining excellent customer service to achieve the Community’s business objectives. The success of the Liaison will be measured by referral volume, relationship development, census targets, and census trends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years college education in healthcare administration, business management, marketing, or public relations related to skilled nursing/long term care
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a healthcare setting

- Working clinical knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends
