About the Role
This position involves providing compassionate nursing care within a healthcare system dedicated to improving clinical outcomes and transforming care delivery. The RN will support post-acute services, including rehabilitation, home health, hospice, and palliative care, in western North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care with warmth, compassion, and dignity
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Support programs that reduce opioid use and improve recovery processes
- Utilize advanced technologies like SPOT for early sepsis detection
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing with at least 1 year of experience
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- RN license obtained within 30 days of employment
- Valid Driver License within 30 days of start
