Responsibilities
- Work directly with homeowners to handle service requests promptly and professionally.
- Evaluate situations and complete minor repairs.
- Schedule work with trade partners and/or vendors.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience and/or training required.
- Must be computer proficient or able to learn scheduling tools quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
Professional support, an hourly rate between $35.81- $40.86 plus bonus potential, and extensive benefits including medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
