Responsibilities
- Work directly with homeowners to handle service requests promptly and professionally
- Evaluate situations and complete minor repairs
- Schedule work with trade partners and/or vendors
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience and/or training required
- Must be computer proficient or have the capacity to learn scheduling tools
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Maintain a valid driver's license
