Responsibilities
- Providing focused, one-on-one nursing care in a home setting
- Building consistent relationships with pediatric patients and their families
- Managing high-acuity needs with clinical judgment and confidence
- Following clear care plans and physician orders
- Utilizing training and mentorship from respiratory therapists for specialized care
Qualifications and Skills
- Active Texas RN license
- Current BLS CPR certification obtained in person
- Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, and vent care
