Homecare Registered Nurse

About the Role

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to support school-based settings, working 35 hours weekly in middle or high schools. We also offer pediatric home health nursing roles focused on dedicated, one-on-one care for children with high acuity needs. Nurses will build consistent relationships with patients and families, emphasizing autonomy, continuity of care, and clinical confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in school-based or pediatric home health settings.
• Follow individualized care plans and ensure patient safety.
• Adhere to PPE and CDC-aligned infection control protocols.
• Deliver one-on-one care for children with high acuity needs (e.g., G-tube, trach, or vent care).

Requirements

• Valid RN license.
• New Jersey Substitute Nursing Certification (assistance available for obtaining).
• Recent physical and TB test.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care.
