About the role

This position involves providing dedicated, one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home setting. Focusing on building consistent relationships with children and families, nurses will utilize their clinical judgment in a calm, controlled environment, emphasizing autonomy and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex medical needs such as G-tubes, trachs, and vents
• Following clear care plans and physician orders
• Ensuring patient safety with appropriate PPE and CDC safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license
• BLS CPR certification
• Experience or willingness to train in specialized areas
• TB testing (required)
• Alzheimer's training (provided at no cost)
