About the Role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for pediatric home health care, specializing in high-acuity patients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one in-home nursing care, focusing on pediatric patients.
• Build consistent relationships with children and their families.
• Apply clinical judgment confidently in a calm, controlled environment.
• Support high-acuity care with training and clear care plans.

Requirements

• Valid RN license and up-to-date physical exam.
• TB test and BLS CPR certification (in-person required).
• Driver’s license and experience or willingness to train for G-tube, trach, and vent care.

• Receive 24/7 clinical support and ongoing training.
