Position Overview

The Speech Therapist provides quality patient care through assessments, prescribed treatments, care planning, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed Speech Therapy services
• Follow policies, procedures, and legal standards
• Develop and maintain evaluation and treatment plans
• Coordinate care with healthcare team and provide education to patients and families
• Maintain confidentiality and effective communication
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited institution
• Unrestricted SLP license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Preferably, one year of recent experience in an acute care setting
