Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough documentation of patient assessments and treatments
• Ensure all services comply with relevant policies and regulations
• Coordinate discharge planning and other patient services
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
• Serve as a clinical resource and provide evaluations on patient needs, goals, and progress

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
• Unrestricted SLP license in the practice state
• CPR certification
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation
• Preference given to one year of recent experience in an acute care setting
