Home Health Speech Therapist SLP PRN Part Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed Speech Therapy services.
• Develop and implement evaluation reports and plans of care with goals and expected outcomes.
• Cook with healthcare team, physicians, and family for comprehensive care and discharge planning.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and effective communication.
• Serve as a clinical resource and provide progress updates to physicians and team members.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted SLP license in the practice state.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of recent experience as an SLP in an acute care setting.
