Position Overview The Speech Therapist is responsible for delivering quality patient care based on physician orders, including assessments, treatments, care planning, and family training. Key Responsibilities Provide prescribed Speech Therapy services and develop individualized plans of care.Follow policies, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance.Create evaluations and treatment plans outlining goals and expected outcomes.Coordinate care with healthcare teams, families, and physicians, including discharge planning.Maintain confidentiality and effective communication with all stakeholders.Serve as a clinical resource and provide progress reports. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.Unrestricted SLP license and current CPR certification.Minimum of one year of recent experience in an acute care setting.
