Home Health RN Clinical Manager - Full Time

Position Overview The RN Clinical Manager – Home Health supervises clinical staff working with high medical acuity or extended non-licensed support clients. Responsibilities include staff orientation, ensuring competence as a Preceptor, and providing RN Case Manager/Preceptor resources. The role ensures services meet licensing standards, medical guidelines, and agency policies. Key Responsibilities Develops and manages clinical programs, services, and staff in line with company policies and regional directives.Supports agency growth in home care services.Acts as a clinical expert, assisting with operational and financial management.Investigates client/consumer complaints and implements necessary actions.Participates in recruiting, hiring, and training clinical staff.Regularly evaluates programs and services for improvement.Conducts client home visits to ensure quality care and compliance.Supervises all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and performs annual evaluations.Oversees case management to ensure services are financially sustainable.Manages caseload as needed for client coverage. Qualifications And Skills Registered Nurse licensure in the practice state.Active CPR certification per agency policy.Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree.Experience with Medicare Skilled Nursing and understanding of OASIS.At least 3 years of RN experience in healthcare, preferably in home health.
