Home Health Clinical Manager RN Full Time

Role Overview: The Clinical Manager, Home Health oversees the development and management of clinical programs, services, and staff within a home health agency. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, development, and supervision of clinical operations in line with policies and regional directives.Support agency growth and serve as a clinical expert in operational and financial matters.Investigate client complaints and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations through policy enforcement.Recruit, hire, and assess training needs of clinical staff, conducting performance evaluations annually.Perform regular home visits to ensure quality care and address client needs.Oversee case management to maintain financially sound services and manage caseloads as necessary. Qualifications & Skills Active RN or Physical Therapist licensure in the practice state.Associates degree required; 3+ years of RN/PT experience preferred, especially in home health or hospice.Knowledge of Medicare Skilled Nursing and OASIS is advantageous.CPR certification maintained per agency policy.
