Home Health Clinical Manager RN Full Time

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Manager Full Time supervises clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients or those receiving extended non-licensed support services. They collaborate with the Branch Administrator to ensure service delivery aligns with licensing, medical standards, and agency policies. Key Responsibilities Develops, manages, and evaluates clinical programs, services, and staff to ensure quality and compliance.Provides staff orientation, supervises clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA), and conducts annual evaluations.Performs client home visits to monitor care quality and ensure regulatory compliance.Assists with agency growth initiatives related to home care and oversees case management for financial sustainability.Investigates client complaints and implements appropriate actions.Participates in recruiting, hiring, and training needs assessment for clinical personnel. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure in the practice state.Active CPR certification per agency policy.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, Medicare Skilled Nursing experience, familiarity with OASIS, and 3+ years of RN experience in healthcare, especially home health.
